Ms. Pérez joined the Firm in September, 2010 for the practice of corporate and commercial law and real estate law.
Ms. Pérez’ practice in the Firm includes, among other matters, representing developers and purchasers in leasing and acquisition of commercial and residential real estate, including telecommunications facilities, contract drafting and negotiation and general corporate and business matters.
Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Pérez worked as an associate in Luis Pérez Lebrón Law Offices, a law firm specializing in civil litigation and corporate law.
Ms. Pérez was born in Ponce, Puerto Rico on January 5, 1984. She obtained a Bachelor of Arts with a major in Accounting, cum laude, from the University of Puerto Rico in 2006, and a law degree from the University of Puerto Rico School of Law in 2009.
Ms. Pérez is admitted to practice law and is a licensed notary in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. Ms. Pérez is fluent in English and Spanish.
