Ms. Santiago joined the Firm in June, 2024 for the practice of corporate and commercial law and real estate law.
Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Santiago worked as an associate in Cancio, Nadal & Rivera, L.L.C.’s Corporate and Business Law Department. In that role, Ms. Santiago’s primary areas of practice included commercial and real estate transactions, regulatory and licensing matters, and contract preparation. Additionally, Ms. Santiago offered legal guidance and support to government agencies concerning federal public housing regulations.
Ms. Santiago was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico on July 28, 1992. She obtained a Bachelor of Arts with a major in Psychology, magna cum laude, from the University of Puerto Rico in 2015, and a law degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Puerto Rico School of Law in 2019.
Ms. Santiago is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the U.S. District Court for the District of Puerto Rico, Puerto Rico Bankruptcy Court, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit, and is a licensed notary public in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. Ms. Santiago is fluent in English and Spanish.
